- Delivery is always defined up front. Every engagement ends with a clear handoff — documented, reviewed, and signed off. No ambiguity about when we're done.
- 50% deposit to start. Remaining 50% on delivery (or monthly in advance for retainers).
- Retainers require 3-month minimum. No exceptions.
