How We Work

  • Delivery is always defined up front. Every engagement ends with a clear handoff — documented, reviewed, and signed off. No ambiguity about when we're done.
  • 50% deposit to start. Remaining 50% on delivery (or monthly in advance for retainers).
  • Retainers require 3-month minimum. No exceptions.
  • Limited Availability: we prioritize our product commitments and existing clients.
  • Case-study discount: 25% off your first engagement in exchange for an approved public case study, metrics & quotes. Requires a mutually agreed success metric set at contract signing. Applied by contract only.
