1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Blossum! By downloading, accessing, or using our app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use Blossum. It's that simple.
Who can use Blossum? You must be at least 13 years old to use our service. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Description of Service
Blossum is a relationship-first scheduling assistant that helps you manage your calendar and professional relationships.
What We Provide
- Calendar sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal
- Contact management and prioritization tools
- Meeting scheduling and coordination
- Relationship tracking and engagement reminders
- Discreet availability sharing (your calendar stays private)
Service Availability
We work hard to keep Blossum running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may need to take the service down occasionally for maintenance, updates, or emergencies. We'll try to give you advance notice when possible.
3. Account Responsibilities
Creating Your Account
To use Blossum you sign in with a Google or Microsoft (Outlook) account — we don’t create or store a separate password for you. When you sign in, please:
- Provide accurate information so we can contact you when needed.
- Keep the email account you used to sign in secure (enable two-factor authentication with Google or Microsoft).
- Keep your device and app locked and up-to-date.
- Don’t share your sign-in method or device with others.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for activity that happens under your account. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us immediately at hello@blossumnow.com and include the email address you use with Blossum. We may ask a few questions to verify your identity before acting.
Account suspension (note): We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts to protect users and the platform. Automated suspension tools are currently on our backlog; for now any suspension would be handled manually by our support team.
4. Acceptable Use
We want Blossum to be a helpful, safe tool for everyone. Please use it responsibly.
You Agree NOT To:
- Violate laws - Don't use Blossum for anything illegal
- Harm others - No harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
- Hack or damage - Don't try to break into our systems or interfere with our service
- Impersonate others - Don't pretend to be someone else
- Scrape or automate - Don't use bots or automated tools without our permission
- Reverse engineer - Don't try to copy or steal our code or technology
- Share unauthorized data - Don't upload other people's information without their consent
Fair use: We understand you might want to test or integrate Blossum with other tools. If you have questions about what's allowed, just ask us at hello@blossumnow.com.
5. Your Content & Data
You Own Your Data
All the information you put into Blossum—your contacts, notes, preferences—belongs to you. Always. We just help you organize and manage it.
License You Grant Us
To provide our service, you give us permission to:
- Store and process your data on our servers
- Access your calendar availability (but never event details)
- Send meeting invitations on your behalf
- Use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our service
Backup Your Data
While we back up our systems regularly, we recommend you maintain your own backups of important information. We're not liable for any data loss.
Remember: If you delete your account, we'll delete your data within 30 days (except where legally required to retain it). This is permanent and can't be undone.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Pricing Plans
Blossum offers a free Lite plan and paid subscription tiers (Essential and Pro). Current pricing is available at blossumnow.com/pricing.
Billing
- Monthly plans - Charged monthly until you cancel
- Annual plans - Charged once per year upfront
- Automatic renewal - Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
- Payment methods - We accept major credit cards via Stripe
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Web payments (Stripe)
If you subscribed on our website, your payment was processed by Stripe. We generally do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period (for example, partial months or years). That said, if there’s a billing error, duplicate charge, or an unauthorized transaction, contact us at hello@blossumnow.com and we’ll investigate — we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis after verifying the charge.
In-app purchases (Apple / Google)
Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple Inc. or Google LLC and are governed by their billing, refund, and subscription rules. To manage, cancel, or request a refund for an in-app purchase, please use the App Store or Google Play account where the purchase was made. We cannot directly refund or cancel App Store/Google Play charges, but we can help verify receipts or provide documentation if you need it for a refund request with Apple or Google.
Price Changes
We may change our pricing from time to time. If we increase your subscription price, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before the change takes effect.
Changes to Plans & Features
We regularly improve Blossum and may add, modify, or remove features from any plan. This includes:
- Adding new features or capabilities
- Adjusting feature limits (e.g., contact limits, storage)
- Moving features between plan tiers
- Discontinuing features that are no longer supported
If you need help
When you contact support about a billing issue, please include:
- The email address used with your Blossum account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The transaction or receipt ID (if available)
- A short note about the issue (duplicate charge, unauthorized, etc.)
Send that to hello@blossumnow.com and we’ll respond quickly with next steps.
Chargebacks & disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer, we’ll treat that as a request for review and may temporarily pause your access while we investigate. If the dispute is resolved in your favor, we’ll follow the issuing bank’s decision and act accordingly.
Remember: While we strive to enhance your experience, plan benefits may change as we optimize our product and business model. We'll provide notice of significant changes when reasonably possible.
