Blossum (pronounced blossom), is a relationship-first scheduling assistant that auto-syncs your calendar across Google, Outlook, and iCal. We help sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and busy executives reclaim 4+ hours per week by automating meeting coordination while keeping your schedule completely private. Unlike traditional scheduling tools, we prioritize your most important relationships with our Priority Card Stack feature.

Most scheduling tools are just calendars with links. Blossum is built around relationships, not time slots. Our Priority Card Stack ensures your most critical contacts never fall through the cracks. We offer discreet sync (your calendar stays completely private), smart conflict resolution, and multi-action booking (confirm, text, call, or suggest alternatives—all from one interface). Plus, we save you an average of over 300 hours annually.

Setup takes approximately 2 minutes:
1. Download the Blossum app from the App Store or Google Play
2. Connect your calendar (Google or Outlook)
3. Set your availability preferences
4. Select priority contacts for ongoing engagement
5. Adjust your contact rhythms. (select the contact from contact list -> tap the edit contact pencil next to the contact name -> scroll down and select your desired rhythm)

Notes: Adjusting many priority contact rhythms will take additional time.

Blossum seamlessly syncs with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal. We support both personal and business accounts. Your calendar details remain completely private—we only share single available time slots when the algorithm finds an opportunity to connect.

Absolutely. Your calendar details are never shared with your contacts. Blossum only displays available time slots or direct invites to available time slots—we never expose your events, event titles, locations, attendees, or any other calendar details. You set the rules, we present the options. Your schedule stays completely private.

We take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard OAuth authentication for calendar connections (we never store your calendar passwords). We're GDPR-compliant and follow strict data retention policies. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

Some Microsoft permissions are high-privilege and require an Azure admin to grant consent for the whole organization. Yes! You can cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Please note: we do not offer refunds for partial months or years.

Start with a free 15-minute intro call. We'll determine if we're a good fit and which service makes sense for your situation. If we move forward, we require a 50% deposit to start, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery. Retainer engagements are billed monthly in advance with a 3-month minimum commitment.

We do not offer refunds once work has begun. All engagements include a clear scope, deliverables, and win conditions outlined in our contract before any deposit is paid. We're selective about who we work with to ensure mutual fit and success.
